Making a gif is simple and sharing it is easy with GIPHY Cam. The GIF Creator. This free app available on Apple and Android, belongs on your home screen. Gifs can be animated pictures, or short videos that loop automatically.

Once opening the app, it will first ask for access to your camera and your photos to use a video or image that you have already taken. Once that’s out of the way, the creative process has only begun. Whether the image or video is taken in the moment or is stored in memory, there are 11 different categories of stickers, boarders, text options and masks that cover all the bases.
