Nowadays there are many streaming platforms and it is hard to decide which is the best for the price. With Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, Apple TV, HBO All Access and more smaller services it seems impossible to pick which one. With varying prices and shows and movies how are you sure you’re getting the best service for your money?

Netflix

Netflix is seemingly the most popular platform of the industry with millions of dollars worth of original films and series. Original series include; Stranger Things, Bridgerton, and You. Netflix offers a wide variety of the older classics and newer released shows. Netflix is a comparable substitute to a cable TV package and provides entertainment for the whole family. Netflix offers three different plans/subscriptions; $9 per month, $13 per month HD, and $14 per month with unlimited screens.

Hulu

Hulu is a close second to Netflix but works a different angle by providing cable TV shows the day after they air from big channels like ABC, NBC, FX, Freeform, and Fox. Hulu also has their own original series including Little Fires Everywhere, The Mindy Project, and The Handmaid’s Tale. Hulu also offers a live TV add-on to the subscription which includes the ability to record shows and have access to many live TV channels. The only downfall to Hulu is the lower subscription comes with ads. Hulu offers three plans; $6 per month with ads, $12 per month without ads, and $55 per month with live TV.

Disney Plus

It includes all the big Disney brands such as Star Wars, Marvel, National Geographic, and Pixar and even some original series unique to Disney Plus like High School Musical the Musical the Series. The cost is $6 per month.
