The annual freshman mixer will take place on Aug. 25 at Sion high school in the gym.
“The student council hosts the freshman mixer as a fun way to welcome the freshmen into our community,” Student Council Advisor Jennifer Brown-Howerton said. St. Teresa’s and Rockhurst are also invited to get to know the Sion girls. The mixer starts at 6:30 and ends at 8:30. There is no theme so feel free to make your own up!

“I like being apart of the freshman mixer because the Stuco gets a chance to make the new freshman feel more comfortable and hype everyone up to dance,” Stuco member, junior Avery Kuhls said. Make sure to bring $5 and your student ID!
“I’m excited to meet everyone outside of school in a different environment,” freshman Emily Joyce said.
