Justin Bieber dropped his new, exciting fourth album “Purpose” on Nov. 13. The week before the release, pre-order already had a 4.5 star rating with popular songs “What Do You Mean?,” “Sorry” and “Where Are Ü Now.” This album is the best one yet from Bieber with its style and beat. You will be blown away.

Bieber did an astonishing job with his choice of the feature artists. In his last album, “Journals,” he only featured rap genre artists. In “Purpose,” he changes it up with new genres. The feature songs start off with Big Sean, Travis Scott and Nas for the rap genre. The album switches to the alternative genre with Halsey and to dubstep dance with Skrillex and Diplo.

Bieber is starting to act more mature with his idea of adulthood. He seems more relaxed on stage with his playfulness. These are his best performances yet. This album is proof that the talented artist is turning his life around, and it all started with his DUI. You can see the change in his music videos he filmed for all 13 songs known as “PURPOSE: The Movement.” Bieber even went back to where his music video “Baby” was shot for one of his newest music videos “Company.” One Direction also released their newest album the same day as Bieber, but with the music videos, Bieber’s album topped One Direction’s in the charts.

In the beginning of the first music video, “Mark My Words,” Bieber gives a speech about purpose. He felt that he lost his purpose but now found it again. Purpose is important to him, and he says that if fans see that he found his purpose, then they can also find theirs.

It seems that many of the tracks are based on his past relationship with Selena Gomez, his first love. According to accesshollywood.com, Bieber admitted that three of his songs were about her. By singing about Gomez, Bieber relates to others who have lost someone important in their life. By including her, he also attracts Gomez’s fans to buy and listen to the album.

Two days before the album release, Bieber appeared on the Ellen Show announcing his world tour for the upcoming album. The tour begins on March 9 in Seattle and comes to a close at Madison Square Garden July 18.

The album costs $12.99 on iTunes. You cannot miss this album. “Purpose” is something worth listening to.
