One of my favorite things about being a senior at Sion is the privilege of getting to go off-campus for lunch. My bank account may have taken a plunge the first few weeks, but i worth it. From what I have gathered, I would say the most gone-to places would have to be Chick-fil-A, Panera, and McLains. So which one should you be spending your money on?
- Chick-fil-A:
- Chick-fil-A is a great option. They have lots of options for food like salads, chicken sandwiches, and chicken strips. Along with their tasty food is also their great customer service and how quick they make it. Most people get the Chicken Sandwich but I prefer the southwest salad with fried chicken instead of grilled.
- Panera:
- Panera is probably the best place to get your lunch. They have a wide variety of food options available and the wait time is never long. One of the reasons why this is the perfect option is its proximity to school. There are so many options so I really think It depends on the person for what they get on the menu. I would say though that most people get the You Pick Two. For this you can get 2 things, you can mix and mix and match by getting two things, either one of their salads, a soup, or sandwiches.
- McLains
- Lastly, is McLains. Their food is to die for, but their prices are not. It’s also a bit farther than I would like to go because it doesn’t leave much time to eat. If you have some time and are in the mood to treat yourself then that’s definitely and great option. I love their quiche with a vanilla latte.
All things considered, I think all three of these places are a great place to grab lunch. But if it were me I would probably choose Panera.
