Senior Bella Lightner modeled for eNVe Designs out of Lenexa, Kan. in this year’s Kansas City Fashion Week. It featured designers from around the Midwest, including designers from Omaha, Nebraska, St. Louis, Missouri and three designers from the Kansas City area. In partnership with title sponsor Sunflower Dermatology, attendees were invited to wear black to show their support for those suffering from Melanoma and to bring awareness to the severity of the disease. The event, held at Union Station, was hosted by Abby Eden from Fox 4 News. The event ran until Sept. 26.
